PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: September 20, 2026
Olga Skuja operates the 30 Day Challenge: Missions mobile application, referred to in this Privacy Policy as the App.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and the related support website, why it is processed, and what choices you have.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information You Provide
The App does not require you to create an account or sign in.
The App does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, or precise location as part of normal use.
If you voluntarily contact us by email for support, feedback, or another request, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this information only to respond to your request, investigate problems, and provide support.

2. Information Stored on Your Device
Your challenge information is primarily stored locally on your device.
This may include your active challenge, completed missions, challenge history, streaks, achievements, Rest Days, mission swaps, Momentum Restore status, onboarding answers, notification preferences, and other app settings.
This information is not stored in a user account and is not currently synchronized to cloud storage.
You can remove locally stored app data by using the Reset All Data option inside the App. Deleting the App may also permanently remove locally stored challenge progress and history.
Because the App currently does not provide cloud backup or account-based synchronization, deleted local challenge data may not be recoverable.

3. Push Notifications
The App may send notifications to help you remember daily missions and stay on track.
Some reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

The App also uses OneSignal to provide remote push notifications. When OneSignal services are used, OneSignal may process technical information such as your IP address, device and operating system information, language, time zone, network information, app or device identifiers, push notification token, information about notifications sent to your device, and information about interactions with notifications.
The App does not use this information for third-party advertising.
You can disable notifications at any time through your iPhone notification settings.
OneSignal processes information according to its own privacy policy. OneSignal

4. Purchases and RevenueCat
30 Day Challenge: Missions offers an optional one-time Lifetime Access in-app purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment-card details.
The App uses RevenueCat to manage purchase status and determine whether Lifetime Access has been purchased.
RevenueCat may process technical and transaction information related to your use of the App, including device type, operating system, an app-specific user identifier, last-seen information, Apple purchase receipt information, and information about your in-app purchase.
RevenueCat is used to verify purchase entitlement, restore purchases, and maintain access to purchased features. RevenueCat does not inherently use purchase history for cross-app advertising tracking. RevenueCat
Purchases made through the App Store are also subject to Apple's privacy practices. Apple may process account, device, purchase, payment, and transaction information in connection with App Store purchases. Apple

5. Analytics and Technical Information
The App does not currently use services such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising analytics SDKs.
However, OneSignal and RevenueCat provide technical information necessary to operate their services, including push notification delivery information and purchase-related information.
We may use this information to operate the App, troubleshoot technical issues, confirm purchases, understand whether notifications were successfully delivered, and maintain the reliability of the service.
We do not use this information to create advertising profiles or sell information about users.

6. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The App does not request access to your contacts, phonebook, camera, photo library, microphone, or precise GPS location.
The App does not collect health records or medical information.
Although one of the challenge programs is called Health Micro, completing Health Micro missions does not require you to provide health information to the App.
The App does not contain third-party advertising.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use personal information for cross-app behavioral advertising.
Technical service providers may infer an approximate geographic area from an IP address, but the App does not request or track your precise GPS location.

7. Support Website
The support website for 30 Day Challenge: Missions is:
https://olgaskuja.design/30-day-challenge-missions-support
The website is built and hosted using Tilda.
When you visit the support website, Tilda and its infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP address and cookies required for the website to operate.
Tilda may use essential and functional cookies for website functionality. Depending on website configuration, additional cookies may also be used. We do not intentionally use the 30 Day Challenge: Missions support website for behavioral advertising or marketing profiling. Tilda
The support page does not require you to create an account.

8. How Information Is Used
Information processed through the App or its service providers is used only for purposes related to providing and maintaining 30 Day Challenge: Missions.
These purposes include delivering notifications, verifying and restoring purchases, maintaining Lifetime Access entitlement, saving your challenge progress locally, responding to support requests, troubleshooting technical problems, improving reliability, preventing abuse or fraud, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

9. Third-Party Services
The App currently relies on the following third-party services:
OneSignal provides remote push notification infrastructure and related delivery information.
RevenueCat provides purchase verification and entitlement management.
Apple provides App Store distribution, payment processing, purchase restoration, and related platform services.
Tilda provides hosting and infrastructure for the support and privacy-policy website.
These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

10. Data Retention
Challenge progress and other locally stored App information remain on your device until you reset the App's data or delete the App.
Information processed by OneSignal, RevenueCat, Apple, and Tilda is retained according to each provider's applicable privacy and retention policies.
If you contact us directly for support, we may retain your email and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, keep appropriate support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
We do not maintain a central database containing your challenge history.

11. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to limit the information processed through the App and rely on established service providers for services such as payments and push notifications.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Because most challenge information is stored locally on your device, you are also responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, or portability of your information.
For information stored locally by the App, you can remove it using the Reset All Data option in the App or by deleting the App.
For data processed by third-party services such as Apple, OneSignal, RevenueCat, or Tilda, some requests may need to be handled directly by the relevant provider.
If you contact us regarding a privacy request, we will assist where reasonably possible.

13. European Economic Area and GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing similar privacy rights, personal data may be processed on one or more of the following legal bases:
Processing may be necessary to provide services you request, such as verifying a purchase or restoring Lifetime Access.
Processing may be based on your consent, for example when you allow push notifications.
Processing may be necessary for legitimate interests such as maintaining App functionality, responding to support requests, preventing fraud, and troubleshooting technical issues, provided those interests do not override your rights.
Processing may also be necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

14. International Data Transfers
Some service providers used by the App operate internationally and may process information in countries outside your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law, these providers are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

15. Children's Privacy

30 Day Challenge: Missions is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through the App.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
When the Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page and the Last updated date will be changed.
